Village La Ferrière is a proposed mixed income 500 home planned community to be developed on 60 acres of land in the northern part of Haiti in the town of Milot, just 45 minutes from Cap-Haïtien. Each residential lot is 243 square meters (2,615 SF) and will be designed to accommodate housing prototypes starting at 72 square meters (775 SF). Prototypes come in a variety of one, two and three story configurations designed to be expanded upon over time as the needs of families change.
