SImACT is currently developing its own cistern that will distribute water to local residences and commercial businesses across the Jacmel region. The water supply will be used to supply water for SImACT’s proposed Belle Rive residences and the Cap Lamandou Hotel in an effort to optimize resources, promote sustainability, and reduce costs in the long run for both investments.
